Glycerol Ester of Hydrogenated Rosin

This series ester is made from hydrogenated rosin through esterification with glycerol, with excellent resistance to oxidation and discoloration. They are excellent tackifying resin for many adhesive applications, particularly pressure-sensitive, hot melt and emulsion types.

Applications:

1. Adhesives and sealants based on natural rubber, chloroprene rubber, SBR, SBS, SIS, EVA, polyolefins (APO, APAO), etc.

2. Hot melt adhesives and Pressure sensitive adhesives (hot melt or solvent based), contact glues.

3.Depilatory waxes.

Excellent resistance to oxidation,Low odor,Medium softening point,Wide solubility,compatibility range and Easily emulsifiable.

Solubility:

Soluble in esters; ketones; higher alcohols; glycol ethers; and aliphatic, aromatic, and chlorinated hydrocarbons.Insoluble in ethanol and water.

Compatibility:

Compatible with the following substances:

1. Natural and synthetic rubbers, chlorinated rubber, and ethylcellulose; EVA copolymers and low molecular weight polyethylene; SIS and SBS block copolymers; APAO (amorphous poly alphaolefins);

2.Acrylic resins; certain polyamide resins and polyurethane compounds; other resins, waxes, and plasticizers;

3.PVP (polyvinylpyrrolidone), polyvinylbutyral, nitrocellulose and alkyd resins.

Packing:

(1) Bag:  Granule or Flake, Intertexture or kraft paper bag, 25kg net each bag.
